Since the beginning of this project 4D has provided an array of services to the City of Fayetteville and Construction Systems Inc. We began by providing topographic and boundary base mapping of the existing parcels and then did several rounds of Recombination Surveys to assist the City with Parcel acquisition. Later we provided Erosion Control plans to facilitate the clearing/demolition for existing structures on the site. Once the plan packages were completed with began construction layout services which include layout for all site work and building construction.
