4D is providing surveying and layout services on this project for many different clients and contractors. In the design phase, we provided boundary services for the purposes of doing the site plans. After the design was complete, 4D did layout for several different contractors for the construction of the main plant building, site and earthwork activities, utilities, the waste water treatment plant, and the spray fields.
